Due to the nature of our business, we are happy to offer free exchanges within our store. Unfortunately we can not accept items that show signs of wear or have been washed. Refunds are applicable to items with defects caused by the manufacturer or shipper - contact us for more information.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only the sale price will be exchangeable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item, unless the mistake is ours. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
